SHIPPING POLICY

Please expect delays due to Covid-19 disruptions particularly with internationally shipped orders.

 

Please note we are a small business and all candles are hand-made to order. We will try get your order out as soon as possible but local shipping time is expected between 3-5 business days.

If you would like your order to go out urgently please contact us and we will try our best to achieve that!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As we are still working on our international shipping options. you are welcome to email us with your order and organise your own courier for international shipments should you wish. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted on a 7 day basis after the order has been received.  The following conditions must be met to be considered for a refund.

  • In order to qualify for the return the item must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. 

  • Each candle is hand-poured and thus every candle will be unique and imperfectly perfect! Imperfections due to the natural nature of soy wax such as frosting, discolouration and naturally incurred imperfections will not count as faulty items.

  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.

  • Shipping costs for the return will not be covered, however a return courier can be organised by The Muses.

Please contact us at themusessouthafrica@gmail.com if you wish to return your product. If eligible, you will be able to exchange the product or obtain a full refund.

Please note you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange on a sale item.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN GOODS

Please note that as our products are extremely fragile items and courier companies tend to be careless at times with “fragile” items breakages may occur.

The Muses will not be held accountable for any damages incurred during shipping. Our products are shipped with ample protection from our end but must be handled with care.

In the event of the courier company being responsible for the breakage we will dispute and claim from them so that we can replace your items for you, free of charge. Please note this process can take between 10-30 days. We want to supply our customers with the best service and best quality products so we will do everything we can to ensure they are replaced or refunded. 

Shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of a breakage.
