Please note due to the nature of natural soy wax colours may vary to pictures on socials and on the website. Frosting and natural discolouration are byproducts of using an all natural, paraffin-free wax and may occur on each candle.

Each candle is handmade by our team and not mass produced, thus discolorations, and natural imperfections as a result of soy wax will not be deemed damaged goods.
Returns are accepted on a 7 day basis after the order has been received. The following conditions must be met to be considered for a refund:
•In order to qualify for the return the item must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
•Imperfections due to the natural nature of soy wax such as frosting, discolouration and naturally incurred imperfections will not count as faulty items.
•Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
•Shipping costs for the return will not be covered, however a return courier can be organised by The Muses.
