Returns are accepted on a 7 day basis after the order has been received. The following conditions must be met to be considered for a refund.
In order to qualify for the return the item must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
Each candle is hand-poured and thus every candle will be unique and imperfectly perfect! Imperfections due to the natural nature of soy wax such as frosting, discolouration and naturally incurred imperfections will not count as faulty items.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
Shipping costs for the return will not be covered, however a return courier can be organised by The Muses.Please contact us at themusessouthafrica@gmail.com if you wish to return your product. If eligible, you will be able to exchange the product or obtain a full refund.
